To the extent permitted under Bangladeshi law, TechVortex disclaims indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of its services. Direct liabilities may be limited as set out in agreements with partners.

Dispute resolution & Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Parties should seek to resolve disputes amicably; if unresolved, disputes may be brought before competent courts in Bangladesh.
